Assessment Overview
Based on the ongoing requirements of financial institutions and other customers to validate the security environment of their vendors, Dovetail uses a continuous assessment approach.
This allows us to continuously extend and improve our security and network environment while providing customers with ongoing assurance and confidence in Dovetail.
What reports are available?
Each individual assessment report will be produced to contain the results of the assessment performed during that assessment period. Independent audit reports will be authored by the independent testing company. Responses and related informational reports will be provided authored by Dovetail.
Typical Reports Includes:
- SAS 70/SSAE 16 Primary Datacenter
- Disaster Recovery Policies
- Company Health Letter
When, and how will the reports be available?
At the end of each period the various Assessment reports will be made available via the Dovetail web site Assessment Area in a special Subscribers Only area.
What is the cost?
The subscription is included with most Dovetail website hosting offerings. Additional inquiries on specific topics, sites, findings, scans, etc. outside of what is provided in the reports or beyond general evaluation are billed based on the time to respond at standard hourly rates.
How do I get information?
